Optimized algorithms of Haar’s discrete transforms for the Russian «ELCORE» DSpdf and their applications in image processing

Abstract

Some optimization features of two- and three-dimensional Haar’s discrete transforms are considered. The Russian «ELCORE» DSpdf are chosen as a target platform for optimization. Some typical applications of the discrete transforms are also discussed: the building of hierarchical height grids and the texture mipmapping.
