Abstract

Reliability, performance, and usability are the factors governing the main tendencies of WEB-service development. Structure, architecture, and organization of a system developed for an improvement of the qualities of the File Transfer Service (FTS) in the worldwide infrastructure EGEE/WLCG are considered. The strategy according to which the system has been developed is discussed. The most interesting reports and possibilities of the system are described.
